Lifestyles Unlimited is a real estate investing and mentoring group that since 1990 has been taking people by the hand and teaching them how to use real estate to build wealth and passive income streams. We teach our members how to locate, evaluate, negotiate, close, fund, and manage everything from single family homes to 600 unit apartment complexes. This is a one-on-one mentoring program and it's not like a set of books or CDs that you might see on late night TV.

Our students come from all walks of life and:

• own over 300 apartment complexes
• own tens of thousands of single family rental homes throughout the United States
• many started with no money, bad credit, and had never owned a piece of investment property before
